Found this cute little basket on SCS by Lynn Put. You can find her here: http://thequeensscene.blogspot.com/2009/01/4-hearts-basket.html This is my version. Will fill with love later...
This stamp set was on BO and finally received it yesterday. Just had to rush and make a card with this flower. It is so pretty and just crying for use of the markers which I love. I used a sketch that I had seen on Silke Ledlow's blog http://www.silkeledlow.blogspot.com/. Check out her blog, she is very creative.
Here is a new challenge by www.tayloredexpressions.blogspot.com A big challenge for me is trying to get a good picture with my digital camera, so you can find me trying out all new areas all over my house depending on the lighting and time of day. This shot, believe it or not, was taken in my REFRIGERATOR!!! My DH's idea. I honestly thought he was getting me the photo box for Christmas but I guess he forgot. But the lighting is pretty good on this one, don't you think?
This week's Splitcoast color and sketch challenges. The colors are Brilliant Blue, Garden Green and Pumpkin Pie. Quite bold colors but thought I would keep it simple with the fern from the Level I Hostess Set from SU. I quite like this set and plan to use it alot.
Somebody stop me! I just love this project. The tutorial by Becky Roberts is absolutely brilliant and so easy to follow. Check her fantastic blog here: http://inkingidaho.blogspot.com/ She has the most creative stamping projects EVER! Anyhow, don't be surprised to see a Valentine themed one right here - just waiting for my SU order to arrive any day now!
This card was really fun to make and had to stop myself with all the add-ons. First the heart brads, then the paper piercing, then the LOVE rub-on - you just have to tell yourself at some point: Less is more.
WELL these are NOT my favorite colors. It doesn't show but I spent almost 90 minutes on this card! And frankly - it is one of my least favorites. Just couldn't wrap my head around those colors: So Saffron, Bravo Burgundy & Handsome Hunter.
