Time Well Spent!
Here is a little pop-up card (tutorial on Splitcoast) that I did with my girls using SU's Time Well Spent from a while back. We were in the mood for a nice flower with all this blowing snow descending upon us. Everyone added their own special touch and each card came out so differently.

SC216
This was not the usual easy sketch. Really had to think about this one and a 'bustier' is what I came up with. No sentiment, no stamping.

SC215
Here is my card for this week's Splitcoast Challenge.
I used my new Fifth Avenue Floral stamp set and the new DP.
A girl can never have too many floral stamp sets I say!

CC205
For this week's Splitcoast color challenge, the colors are Perfect Plum, Kiwi Kiss and Pink Pirouette. I love this little stamp.
It's simple but says alot...

Beautiful AND Talented!!!
Here are Jade and Mai-Kim (her BFF) at a 'vernissage' held this past Sunday at the Museum honoring young and talented artists. The drawings were picked by their piers to represent their class and/or school. Needless to say, her Dad & I were bursting at the seams with pride.
One better, a drawing that was done by Mai-Kim was chosen by the school to be the new school logo - what a great honor. She is truly and inspiring new artist. Bravo Mai-Kim!!!!!!!

Beautiful Borders...
Or in my case, why it's not a good idea to place an SU order after 2 glasses of wine!
Beautiful Borders is a stamp set I ordered on a whim after cocktail hour. Sometimes I order things a little too fast and woke up the next morning thinking - what have I done!!!!! This is not an inexpensive stamp set by my standards and honestly could have ordered 4 wheels for the same price. Oh well, I am forcing myself to love it and this is one card which didn't turn out too badly.
